It consists of the six outlet Power Strip and the Personal Sensor. This system provides users with energy savings as well as surge protection for connected equipment.The IDP-1000 functions by turning office power devices on and off based on occupancy. The Personal Sensor connects to the power strip with the attached cable. Two models of the sensor are available – one with automatic-ON operation and one with manual-ON. The automatic-On model automatically turns all connected devices on when the workspace becomes occupied. The manual-ON model must be manually turned on by pressing the auto/OFF button on the sensor. With both models, connected devices will turn off after the space is unoccupied and the time delay elapses. Also, users can turn all devices off at any time by pressing the auto/OFF button. Features: The power strip contains six outlets which are all controlled based on occupancy. The power strip features surge and noise suppression with a UL 1449 rating of 330V, 360 Joule rating, and maximum surge amperage of 27,000 Amps.
